Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you wish to exchange the item you purchased for another item, we will be happy to send the new merchandise to you for all unopened items. New shipping charges will apply.
Can returns be made?
We offer a 14 days return policy. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What are my shipping options?
At YANCY SPA CANDLES AND SCENTS, We ship the orders the same day if the order is placed before 12pm or the next day if the order is placed after 12pm. The delivery time depends on the Carrier USPS. Generally if it is local the delivery time is 1 to 2 days, if it is outside the city of Miami it can take 3 to 4 days. During the holiday season, please add an additional 5 business days for expected delays. Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of your order, which delivery option you choose, and the destination.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
No currently. We will be looking to add this option to our shop very soon.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
The YANCY SPA CANDLES AND SCENTS does not ship orders to post office boxes at this time.
Do you send partial shipments?
The YANCY SPA CANDLES AND SCENTS does its best to keep a complete and adequate inventory of products in stock at all times. However, certain products may not be available at the time of your order. In these cases, we will contact you for instructions regarding shipping the remaining items.
How do I track my order shipped through USPS?
Note: Orders shipped through USPS will have no tracking number or insurance available.
